This Privacy Policy explains how Lead-OS, a d/b/a of Bright Mint Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Lead-OS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, or communicate with us, including by text message.

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Company name and your role in the lead industry
Your text message consent choices, the consent language you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the page you submitted the form from, your browser type, and campaign tags in the page link (for example, UTM parameters).

To add you to the Lead-OS waitlist and tell you when early access opens
To respond to your questions and provide customer support
To send you account, waitlist and service notifications
To send marketing messages, only if you opted in to receive them
To keep records of your consent and opt-out requests
To improve our website and understand which campaigns bring visitors

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a text message consent box, we will send text messages to the phone number you provided. Consent is optional and is never a condition of joining the waitlist or buying anything. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information you submit on this website is used only by Lead-OS to communicate with you. It is never resold as a lead or shared with lead buyers. We share information only:

With service providers that help us run our business (for example, our CRM, email and text messaging platforms, and web hosting), who may use it only to provide services to us

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above sharing, except with service providers that deliver our messages.
