These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and waitlist operated by Lead-OS, a d/b/a of Bright Mint Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Lead-OS," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a contract to buy or provide any service. Lead-OS is in development. Features, pricing, timing and availability described on this website may change before launch. Offers made to waitlist members, such as setup assistance for early sign-ups, are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and using the website for business purposes. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any phone number you enter.

3. SMS Terms (text messaging program)

Program: Lead-OS updates.
What you'll receive: if you opted in to non-marketing messages, you will receive waitlist status updates, account notifications and customer care messages. If you opted in to marketing messages, you will also receive launch updates, promotions and offers.
Consent is optional: agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of joining the waitlist or making any purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Email communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails from Lead-OS about the waitlist and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information or someone else's contact details, attempting to interfere with the website's operation, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Lead-OS name, logo, website content, design and software are owned by Bright Mint Ventures LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Examples and illustrations

Figures, dashboards, calculators and scenarios shown on this website are illustrative examples only. They are not guarantees of results, revenue or performance.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Mint Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated Terms.
